Dr Pepper to sell diet drinks to go macho man

Or at least that's the idea behind Dr Pepper Ten, 10-calorie soft drink Dr Pepper Snapple Group was launched on Monday with a macho advertising campaign that states "This is not for women." Soft drink company was developed after research found that men shy away from diet drinks are not considered "manly" enough.

To attract people, drink Dr Pepper made the Ten 180 degrees different than Diet Dr Pepper. It has calories and sugar do not like their diet. Instead of tiny bubbles in chocolate diet can, Ten will be wrapped in packaging gunmetal gray with a silver bullet. And while the marketing of Diet Dr Pepper is a female-friendly advertising campaign, for Ten out of the way to avoid the women.
